Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. of China apparently is the main manufacturer of plastics for toner cartridges for Ninestar of China, parent of Lexmark

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced that goods produced by Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. with slave labor will be restricted from entering the United States
This action is part of the enforcement of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), which aims to prevent goods manufactured with slave labor from entering the U.S. supply chain.
