Xerox folks, I don't know very much about your product lineup. If you were replacing a 770 digital press what would be your go to machine that is most comparable now? The Versant 180 or the C70?

The C70 would be the replacement for the 770 except the C70 is getting a little long in the tooth, so the much better fit would be the 180 as it is much newer technology.

All depends on applications/volume/substrates/workflows....The 770 was replaced by the J75 which was replaced by the Versant 80 which has been replaced by the Versant 180 (base and performance models). A testament to the R and D put into these engines. 3 devices in a 4 year span. Always trying to build a better mousetrap I suppose.
