Business process and document management company Xerox Corp. (XRX - Analyst Report) recently introduced a new software for Xerox multifunction printers (MFPs) named ConnectKey to better respond to mobile workforce and address security issues across connected devices.
The 16 ConnectKey MFPs, comprising the new WorkCentre 5800 and 7800 series, are protected by McAfee and support cloud services, custom applications and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) work places. The ConnectKey solutions provide easy access to IT professionals, channel partners, small and medium-sized businesses and facilitate faster job execution.
The users will have flexibility to convert and store documents in Sharepoint and network folders and allows automatic conversion to searchable PDF, Word or Excel, making documents easier to manage.
The strategic move by the company will likely offer innovative technology that makes work faster and increases productivity in all business houses. Recently, hotel management company Concord Hospitality Enterprises recognized the benefits of ConnectKey solutions. It and intends to expand these services to its 90 hotels in North America, providing users with easy access to Sharepoint and mobile printing.

The company is looking forward to expand its offerings through inorganic measures and new acquisitions which will help the company to add more clients to its portfolio.
