New Ricoh MP5000

Ricoh is pleased to announce the introduction of the new Ricoh Aficio MP 4000B/MP 4000 and MP 5000B/MP 5000 Digital Imaging Systems. Built on the strong features of the Aficio MP 3500/MP 4500, the new Aficio MP 4000 and Aficio MP 5000 are available in both standard scan/print and scan/print/fax configurations and offer COLOR SCANNING plus many enhancements including faster speeds, greater paper capacity and a full-color VGA control panel.

In addition, Ricoh will offer a basic copier model, the MP 4000B/MP 5000B, which is an ideal solution for the budget conscious customer that only requires copying capabilities or wants to have the flexibility to upgrade to faxing, printing or monochrome scanning & printing. The MP 4000B/MP 5000B models do NOT offer an upgrade path to color scanning.



The strong features on the MP 4000B/MP 4000 & MP 5000B/MP 5000 models, coupled with competitive pricing, will allow us to maintain our #1 Market share for B/W Digital Imaging Systems while continuing to increase our B/W MIF for future B2C conversion.
