We are proud to add the Océ VarioLink 9522 device to our portfolio and are confident it will meet the demanding expectations of our customers.”

Impressively productive

The Océ VarioLink 9522 device accelerates office tasks by printing, copying and scanning at 95 ppm with duplex at full engine speed, while a fast Ethernet, PCL® 6 printer driver and PostScript® 3 provide seamless document integration into virtually any network. With the ability to handle media weights from 11 lb bond to 110 lb cover, a 2 GHz print/scan controller and 2 GB of RAM, this versatile device ensures that document printing, copying and scanning are fast and effective.

Highly versatile

Scan at 95 opm with the Océ VarioLink 9522 MFP and send documents directly to email, FTP, SMB or the device’s HDD. This MFP’s high quality output and flexible finishing options, which include two powerful finishers, Z-fold, a post-sheet inserter and a booklet trimmer enable users to produce more projects in-house.

Secure

The Océ VarioLink 9522 MFP includes many security features to protect valuable data, such as IPv6 supported network connectivity, LDAP authentication, IP address filtering, SSL encryption, HDD password lock and HDD data erase. An activity log tracks functions performed by users and helps administrators monitor security protocols. To further protect documents, users can scan files to secure mailboxes on the hard drive or use confidential printing so data prints only when they are there to collect it.

Easy to use

Producing professional results is simple with the Océ VarioLink 9522 system. The full-color, LCD touchscreen panel tilts for easy access and one-touch capability promotes quick scanning, job storage and recall. It is a snap to look up jobs stored on the MFP in folders and user boxes and it is just as easy to combine stored files for fast output. The operator panel also has a dedicated job list screen where users can easily manage job priority.

Sustainable

The Océ VarioLink 9522 device meets Blue Angel, EPA ENERGY STAR® and RoHS standards. The device’s fine-grain, high quality toner requires less toner per page and supports a lower fusing temperature while producing crisp, clear prints. In addition, toner save and recycle modes as well as paper consumption and reduction features enable customers to keep document quality high while reducing their environmental impact.

Features device management software

For fleets large and small, Océ device management software solutions help maintain standardized, central control and allow users to store, archive and share documents via their networks. Software solutions include Océ PRISMAstart software, which helps users and administrators gain control of document flow while improving productivity, and Océ PRISMAenterprise suite software, which includes sophisticated web-based tools that make it easier to operate and manage entire device fleets.
