New Leadership Team for Xerox Office Products
Xerox Announces Executive Appointments for Office Channels, Products.
STAMFORD, CN, Sept. 23, 2003 — Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) today announced a new leadership team for office product distribution and development.
Emerson Fullwood has been named president of the Xerox Channels Group, responsible for sales of office products through resellers, agents, dealers and other distribution channels.
Tim Williams has been appointed senior vice president, Xerox Office Business Group, responsible for developing and acquiring monochrome and color office multifunction, printer and fax products.
Fullwood and Williams report directly to Ursula Burns, president, Business Group Operations.

Fullwood, of Rochester, N.Y., is a corporate vice president who previously served as executive chief staff officer of Xerox Developing Markets Operations. In his new role, he will lead the distribution and marketing of Xerox office products for businesses small to large. Xerox office products are sold through indirect channels as well as direct sales and distribution partners in North America, Europe and Developing Markets. Fullwood joined Xerox in 1972 as an account representative.
Williams, of Wilsonville, Ore., most recently was vice president and general manager of the Xerox Office Color Business Unit. In his new role, he will be responsible for all Xerox office products including Phaser printers, CopyCentre digital copiers, WorkCentre basic multifunction systems and WorkCentre Pro advanced multifunction systems.
Williams joined Xerox in 2000 with the acquisition of the Tektronix Color Printing and Imaging Division. Prior to joining Tektronix in 1996, Williams held a variety of management and engineering positions at Hewlett-Packard.
Both appointments are effective immediately.
