Print Audit Facilities Manager is a simple yet powerful tool designed to remotely collect meter reads, automate supplies fulfillment, and report service information for managing fleets of copiers, printers, fax machines, and multi-function devices. It automatically records page counts for these devices, eliminating the need to manually gather information.
The new Facilities Manager is a complete re-write of its predecessor, with several new ground breaking features and enhancements. The solution features significantly increased accuracy for a wide range of devices due to the strong relationships that Print Audit has developed with major office equipment manufacturers.
Another significant feature of the new Facilities Manager is the Smart Alert system, which is used to notify dealers and VARs of printing device issues such as paper jams or low toner. The Smart Alert system eliminates insignificant notifications by allowing the user to filter alerts based on conditions such as how long or often a problem occurs. Smart Alerts can also accurately predict toner depletion times based on a company's historical print data.
