RICOH CORPORATION ENHANCES DOCUMENTMALL CAPABILITIES
West Caldwell, NJ, November 24, 2003 — Ricoh Corporation, the leading provider of digital office equipment, today introduced DocumentMall 8.0, an enhanced version of DocumentMall, a Web-based document management solution that seamlessly integrates with Ricoh products to enable copy to Web functionality.
DocumentMall 8.0 includes all of the advantages of DocumentMall with new enhancements to the user interface that improve navigation, eliminate unnecessary clicks and allow users to quickly access cabinets and folders faster. It also incorporates several back-end changes that are designed to further build upon the performance of the service.

DocumentMall allows users to store, manage and share documents and files securely over the Internet including presentations, proposals, reports, HR and legal documents, logos, and images. It offers all the benefits of a fully powered storage and sharing service while providing features such as automatic titling and file conversion for scanned documents.
DocumentMall 8.0 can be accessed directly from the Web browser of a select number of Ricoh Multifunction Products (MFP) and Internet Faxes. By accessing DocumentMall at the machine’s LCD panel, users can scan and store their documents at the touch of a button. Additionally, users already signed-in to the site will be able to access DocumentMall 8.0 without having to access the DocumentMall Web site to sign in.
DocumentMall 8.0 extends its compatibility to Ricoh products such as the Aficio 2035, Aficio 2045, Aficio CL7000CMF, as well as Internet Faxes including the 4410NF and 5510NF.
Users will find the new Web site easier to navigate and can view an array of media in the all-new “Demo Corner.” Recent additions include a brief Web commercial, Multi-Function Product Video and online seminar signups. For a limited time, the general public can also obtain a free 30-day DocumentMall trial at www.documentmall.com.
