Netaphor Launches New Version of Managed Print Services Tool
SiteAudit On-Site v4.4 Enhances Existing MPS Capabilites for Move, Add and Change (iMAC/R), Metering and Supplies Services with Expanded Tracking, Alerting and Reporting
Irvine, Calif. – June 15, 2011 - Netaphor, a provider of managed print services (MPS) software, today announced the release of SiteAudit On-Site v4.4. The release provides fleet managers with enhanced MPS Services capabilties by tracking, alerting and reporting departmental and location printer moves, new supplies metrics and alert thresholds and expanded metering. SiteAudit On-Site aligns it capabilities with specific MPS services partners offer users. Enhancements to MPS services include:
iMAC/R Services - Enhancement
1. Automatic printer assignment - Automatically moves printers to the specified departments
2. Company departments - Import company organization
3. Printer contact threshold - Alert if no printer communication for a specified period of time
Volume Services - Enhancement
1. Lexmark support- Enhanced data collection
2. Small (Letter/A4) counters - Total, BW and Color
3. Canon printer diagnostic - Identifies which Canon meters are used and best ones to use
4. Seven new reports ex. copy vs print, color vs. B/W
Supplies Services - Enhancement
1. Consumables view - Added Estimated Replacement Date and Estimated Pages Remaining
2. Consumable threshold - Estimated Pages Remaining
