Need help with Xerox 8830

How does your maintenance pricing compare and what volume will the customer be doing? Xerox's base is almost $0.17/sq.ft.... four times what the overage is. Surely you don't have to charge a $252/mo. base.

Yep! That's where I hoping to win the battle, however a little more fire power never hurts.

How about no scan to PDF. I do not think the 8830 or the 8825 have this capability.
Could be a hot button.

Made this so I have it and we can use it. Until Xerox has an answer for the 240W, they will continue to push refurbished 8830's. Please let me know of any items to add or delete.

Hey p4p hotel. I just wanted to thank you for your website. I had a deal signed on the 240W and was waiting for the equipment to arrive (some of which was on backorder). In the interval Xerox sent my customer a postcard on the 8830. They were $6000.00 cheaper on the equipment and the customer canceled our order. After reading the information on your site I went back to him with a TCO comparison and got the deal back. Your maintenance figures on the 8830 were right on the money. He was also very impressed with the feature comparison you prepared on the two products. Can't thank you enough!
