Need help with Windows 7 Issue!!

I help my church from time to time for IT services.  However, this one has got me!  Can't log on to Windows 7 with password because of this message:

 

The User Profile Service failed the login.  (User profile can not ne loaded)  What can I do, there was not setup USB done, is there a way to hack this and get it straight?  Please let me know.
