With a VOIP service what is the average monthly cost to add a dedicated fax line to be used with a fax machine?

The last time I talked to one of my larger accounts about this topic, they were paying $17 a month per fax line x 45 fax lines.

45 Fax lines? That's wild.
Sometimes I almost try and talk customers out of a "fax option" for their copier. It seems like in this world of Voip, old school fax units have become more high maintenance than ever.

Large medical accounts still use fax. I've quoted RiteFax and other fax solutions to this account but they view that as an extra cost because they've set up their own system using fax forwarding to a folder.
