We have our fax info programed in Smart Device Monitor, is their anyway to import the csv data file into the LAN fax address book?, or can we import it into Web Device Monitor?

The only thing I know about this is that if you import or export the data, you need to use smart web monitor for admin. There is an import/export function there and it allows you to pull the data from a device to add to another device.
But if the device you are pulling the info from as a CSV file is older, the CSV may not add correctly to the new device and you will have to change the fields in excel, resave and then try the import.
Don't know if that helps at all but thought I would give it a shot.

You need to export from the MFP to a CSV file. Open LanFax utilities, address book and import the information.
