Need Help with Color Scanner recommendation

I have a client that threw me for a loop at the last minute. He broke out an 8x10 glossy photo print and wants to use a wide format scanner. He also needs to scan CAD drawings. I tried one of the smaller colortrac SMART LF's and both systems had white lines when scanning at hi-res.

Any ideas> Would like to stay with something from Contex
