South Africa's Office automation solutions provider Nashua has introduced two new content management solutions in an effort to help organisations gain control over company information and data, ITWeb reported. Nashua said the Docuware and NashuaDocs solutions offer a way to control and centralise company data through the digitisation of paper files and automation of internal business processes.
NashuaDocs is a web-based document management system application used to track and store electronic documents. Docuware takes data from a wide variety of IT systems found throughout a company and stores it all in one central document pool, in a secure and legally compliant way.
Mark Taylor, CEO at Nashua, says where information previously existed in silos – and in physical and digital formats – it can now be completely integrated through the use of structured information systems.
