Josh joined MWA Intelligence, Inc. in October of 2008 as a Junior Customer Care Representative in the Client Services Department and was promoted in 2011 to Senior Customer Care Representative, taking on additional roles that reach far beyond the typical support and service call.
“Josh has been an integral part of MWAi and his passion for the company and our customers can be felt through every call he takes and every ticket he closes,” said Michael T. Josh graduated from Rockford Business College with a degree in Computer Science and brings along with him certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional, and over a decade of Linux experience. A graphic designer with over 5 years of website design, desktop publishing, and web hosting; Josh will be an essential part of the Marketing Department at MWAi.
