To keep up with the high print speeds, the media-drying system includes individually controlled pre, platen, and post heaters.
The ValueJet 1618A is comprised of 2 heads (180 nozzles x 8 lines), 12 printing modes with resolutions of 1440/720/540 dpi, a maximum roll media weight of 67 lbs and print widths up to 63.97” wide. Mutoh’s new ValueJet 1618A – 64” printer prints directly onto full-color posters, banners, backlit panels, POS displays, signs, and stickers. Also available is the ValueJet 1618A-HD model that includes a heavy duty take up system that holds up to 220lbs of media for longer unattended printing capability.
