if one doesn't install the pcl option, what is the procedure for installing the other print driver, will it work through network for printing, and my coworker mentioned it always asking for a4 size paper, we want it to ask for Letter instead.

If you let the cd autorun, first choose English and that should set the default for Letter not A4.Then the default drivers are displayed for PCL and RPCS. If you want both, leave them both checked. Click on the LPT1 port on that same page and select "ADD" then Standard TCP/IP Port.

If the CD doesnt autorun or you want to add the drivers manually> use the ADD PRINTER WIZARD, choose Have Disk and Browse> Drill down to the driver you want until you see a .inf. Then click OK. Using this method you will have to go to the properties of the driver (once it is installed) and change the port to an IP Address.

If the driver is still looking for A4, change it in the properties dialog box.
