Could anyone help me figure out how to print from a MACBook Air laptop to the MP C3503 without the Postscript option?? I did not realize there are no PCL drivers on the Ricoh website for MACs and so I did not tell the customer they needed to order the Postscript option - and now they don't want to pay for it!  I see there is something on a Linux website but it seems like it is extremely archaic - something about downloading three different files.I am familiar with how to set up printing on the MAC but not sure how to grab the drivers once they are downloaded since there are three.

I will check into Airprint, thanks Art.

Here is what you need to download to have printing from a MAC Mountain Lion 10.8.4 without having the PostScript option:

Download the following in this order and install from
here:

macosx/pxlmono | The Linux Foundation

Ghostscript for Mac OS X 10.3.x (Panther) - Mac OS X 10.7.x (Lion)
Foomatic-RIP for Mac OS X 10.3.x (Panther) - Mac OS X 10.7.x (Lion)
pxlmono 1.9 for Mac OS X 10.3.x (Panther) - Mac OS X 10.7.x (Lion)

After downloading and hitting the down arrow next to each file in the lower leftcorner of the screen, I double clicked the icon and ageed to the terms and installed each file.

However, the files are grayed out in the downloads folder so I can't install them. I anyone knows why this is happening I would apprecaite it!

Personally, I would offer to split the cost of the Postscript option with the customer and take it out of my profit.  If they don't want to split it, take care of the full price in exchange for a referral.  If you find a free workaround, it will fail at some point when they update their OS, & you'll have to deal with the complaints.  Just bite the bullet now, & avoid future headaches for you and your client.
