PHOENIX, June 4, 2014
PHOENIX, June 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ICM Document Solutions (www.icmdocs.com), a leading provider of complete Document and Content Management Solutions, announced today it was awarded a "Document Scanning, Management, and Destruction" contract by Mohave Educational Services Cooperative (contract # 14D-ICM-0603).
Mohave Educational Services Cooperative (Mohave) is a non-profit procurement organization dedicated to providing its members throughout the State of Arizona with quality vendors and best prices. Mohave members must be governmental entities that are political subdivisions for purposes of federal income tax. According to a statement from Mohave, they "added this type of contract based on requests from our members for these types of services".
"We are very happy to add a Mohave Contract to our list of procurement vehicles. Our government and educational clients can now work with us on the entire document lifecycle, from digitizing to destruction, using a single contract," said Kristin Macedo, Director of Sales at ICM. "Streamlining procurement processes represents considerable savings to government and schools, especially at a time when they are expected to do more with less," Mrs. Macedo added.
In addition to being awarded this new contract by Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, ICM offers several other procurement vehicles to government and educational entities in the United States. The new Mohave Contract, however, is the first contract ever to enable government and educational institutions in the State of Arizona to procure scanning, document management software, and document destruction services using a single contract.
