Since the League is down AGAIN, does anyone know about the Minuteman Press Program. Do you run the leases through Ricoh Leasing, or do you find a third party lease company? Also, does anyone know what the comp. is on this program?
Thanks,
Ted

The only "program" I am familiar with is the D6 pricing that we can use with
any Print-4-Pay institution. I don't know of a program specific to Minuteman
Press. However, it is difficult to imagine a program stronger than D6
pricing which seems to render any other program somewhat mute.

Wrong! There is a DMAP Level 9 that is only given to RBS, IKON etc..... We just lost because of this stupid pricing. 15 551's gone and it was our existing account!

Pete from New Jersey has sold a few Minuteman's, email him or give him a buzz. Pete are you out there?

The Minuteman Press Program is simply DMAP6 plus 12%. You can use any leasing that you want. I use the RMAP service pricing rates usually in conjunction with it. But you can only use RMAP leasing in conjunction with RMAP pricing, not this pricing structure.(or so I'm told). Rep compensation is established by the individual dealer.

phpetenj is correct: MMP pricing is, simply, D6+12% plus applicable cpc. Leases are negotiated at the local level (I know this because I was the person who put the contract together between Ricoh and MMP).
I would like to clarify another point.D9 is not a program exclusive to RBS and Ikon. D9, like the 8 levels that precede it is a Major Accounts wholesale program the falls under all of the rules and regulations of the dmap program. The wholesale, 12 month revenue commitment required to qualify for D9 is $2 million. If you/your dealer are willing to make this commitment, you can use D9 as a cost basis.

Did I miss something or what. I've only sen DMAP level 1-6 pricing, did not know about 7, 8, or 9. Where do we find this, or can someone post these levels in the club?
Ted
P.S. thanks for the help with the MMP question. I now know what to do.

You didn't really miss anything. Ricoh, for a long time, had levels 7, 8 and 9 pricing available with the varying thresholds (D7:1.25M; D8:1.6M; D9:2M), but kept them close to the vest. As business opportunities and their revenue size have grown, these additional levels are being used more amd more.
Ask your local MASM for a copy of this pricing. He might be a little reluctant to give it to you and will probably want to "peel back" the specifics of the deal that you may be working on (customer name, revenue potential, etc.). Good luck.

Thanks, if you have the pricing, then post to the club, e-mail me or fax it to me. 254-754-0555. In this club, it's share and share alike. Also, what pricing do the Ikon dealers use? Which reminds me, we need someone from Ikon to post your pricing and maintenance in the club. If you are worried about being found out, then e-mail Art or myself. Then we will post it and noone from Ikon will know who gave it up.

I'll talk to Art about the pricing (Art, you have my number, call me). As far as Ikon, they use/have the same dmap pricing that you would have access to.

I know how I determine which DMAP level my dealership uses, it depends on the annual volume. So, which level does Ikon use. Always DMAP 6 or do they use 7, 8, or 9. Here is my situation. The Ikon here just got Ricoh last month. We are working a renewal for a nationwide customer of ours. The renewal is worth $450,000 to $500,000 . Ikon has told the customer that they can now propose Ricoh instead of Canon. I need to know where Ikon is coming from so I know where we are going to go.
