Minolta's DiALTA CF3102 and CF2002 Receive Five Star Exceptional Rating From BERTL Digital Test Lab
Report Says CF3102 and CF2002 “deliver high copy and print productivity, unique finishing options, extensive print on demand capabilities, the industry’s most advanced copier memory functionality and a 30% price advantage over its main competitor.”
RAMSEY, NJ—January 16, 2003— Minolta Corporation’s Business Products Group announced that the DiALTA Color™ CF3102 and CF2002 Printer/Copier/Scanners each received a five star exceptional rating from BERTL Digital Test Lab. The CF3102 and CF2002 are 31 and 20 page-per-minute digital color printer/copiers built for general office environments.
BERTL awards the five star exceptional rating to products that are innovative, productive, highly functional, have great design qualities, outstanding image quality and a great price point. BERTL tests approximately 200 different competitive products each year and historically, only six to 12 of those products receive the prestigious five star exceptional rating.

CF3102 and CF2002
Minolta’s newest color printer/copier/scanners have the simplicity workgroups desire and the power and speed to handle workgroup productivity at an affordable price. The CF3102 and 2002 were built with true 600 dpi print and copy resolution and 256 levels of grayscale. Minolta’s Fine Edge Enhancement Technology and Multiple Exposure Toner System results in 600 X 1800 dpi output quality. Finishing options include a Staple Finisher and Booklet Finisher with hole punching capabilities. Customers may also add an Automatic Document Feeder, a 500 sheets Paper Cassette, a Large Capacity Cassette (2,500 sheets), or a Duplex Unit.
The CF3102 and CF2002 offer customers a choice of controller options. The print controller gives users the power to share, store and distribute color documents over a local network or via the Internet. Options include the CN3101e Minolta basic embedded controller and the CN3102e and intermediate embedded controller developed by Electronics for Imaging (EFI). The print controllers also offer customers a host of software tools to manage the production of color documents.

The DiALTA Color CF3102 and CF2002 are available from authorized Minolta dealers nationwide. The suggested retail price (SRP) for the CF3102 is $17,395 and the SRP for the CF2002 is $14,195.
