The latest version of entellitrak, which takes a Data-First approach to dynamic case management, builds on the platform's ability to provide comprehensive solutions to enterprise customers within the federal and commercial markets.

The Document Search feature gives users the power to perform full-text searches of all documents stored within the entellitrak Document Management module. With Document Search, users are able to quickly find key pieces of information from amongst thousands of individual documents. Because detailed inquiries can be conducted without leaving the core system, research is accelerated while maintaining the highest levels of data integrity and security.
The new escan module makes it possible to move documents directly from a scanner to an entellitrak case file. By eliminating the steps required to scan, attach and archive documents, escan cuts the average scanning time by as much as 60 percent. This translates into direct savings for enterprises that administer the countless documents associated with claims, appeals or other business processes.
