Job Description
Konica Minolta is currently seeking an Optimized Print Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and manage Konica Minolta's Optimized Print Service business
Collaborate with the RSC and RSE and direct and dealer management to drive overall revenue targets for Optimized Print Services
Coordinate local resources to accomplish OPS regional goals
Provide and reiterate training to sales teams on OPS sales processes
Perform all activities related to the OPS sales process (OPS opportunity development, sales presentations, data acquisition and analysis, recommendation and proposal development and program deployment.)
Provide RFP response and proposal development assistance
Provide weekly activity report and biweekly OPS pipeline report
Conduct periodic "Best Practice Meetings" that focus on sharing the successful activities of other branch sales personnel that result in increased sales.
Conduct OPS related Professional Services and Solutions product launches.
Job Requirements
5+ years experience in related field(s) of: Product Management, Facilities/Fleet Management, Managed Print Services, Project Management, Business Analysis or other, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding expectations.
Candidate must have 3-5+ years technical sales/project management experience preferred with a proven track record of working in a regional position or similar while achieving expectations.
4-year college degree preferred. Related business and technology certification is a plus.
Proven technical sales history of meeting and exceeding expectations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Business Analysis Skills
Must be able to multi-task effectively.
PC/MAC/Network Systems literate.
Willingness to travel up to 70%
Strong working knowledge: Network print servers,Document management/ scanning applications and workflows, Manage Print Services, Print and MFP environment, AS400 and host systems, SQL, PCL and Postscript, HP, Lexmark and other major print manufacturer's devices
Attend training classes to remain current with the most recent technology.
Pass certification tests to enhance career path.
