Mac OS X 10.7 SMB Scanning

I was pretty happy with the fact that I got my MFP (Savin C9020) to scan to my customers Mac and I left with my fingers cross hoping it would continue to work.

Recently they had an update/upgrade from OS X 10.6 to OS X 10.7 and when I talked to tech support they said that SMB scanning is not supported with this OS. Has anyone run into this? They have scan to email, but want to scan to folder. I even thought about FTP, but I've never set that up on a Mac either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have the latest firmware.
