Manchester, UK – 15 August 2012 – M2, Europe’s leading independent managed print IT services company has won a contract with Tensor Marketing to supply a Managed Print Service which includes replacement, repair and servicing of the company’s entire printer fleet, as well as the remote management of fault diagnostics and provision of consumables.
Tensor Marketing is an importer of a range of innovative products from China, Europe and USA, selling direct to consumers as well as retail trade customers. The cost and hassle associated with running and replacing faulty printers was becoming excessive in terms of human resources and printer downtime. Following an audit of print and business requirements, M2 upgraded existing printers and provided a cash-back scheme for the old stock. M2 Intelligence software was also implemented to provide additional print management services. This software provides Tensor Marketing with greater transparency and a more proactive approach to the management of print servicing and maintenance. The software directly links to M2 to ensure a seamless supply of print consumables, fast identification of faults, rapid response of technical or engineering support and timely dispatch of parts, all of which minimise print downtime and increase productivity.
By partnering with M2, Tensor marketing can have complete transparency of print costs. It no longer needs to keep a supply of print consumables and is not left with obsolete stock.
