Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 02, 2013

M-Files Inc., the developer of M-Files metadata-powered cloud, on-premise and hybrid enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, today announced that CBIZ MHM (NYSE: CBZ), one of the top ten accounting providers in the United States, has joined the M-Files Partner Program.
As part of its comprehensive range of business services, CBIZ works with its clients in a wide range of industries to select and implement technology solutions that integrate seamlessly with their business operations. CBIZ joined the M-Files Partner Program because they saw an opportunity to better serve their diverse customer base with a more effective solution for managing, securing and sharing their information assets associated with SharePoint and Dynamics GP implementations.
By joining the M-Files Partner Program, companies can add a new revenue source in the rapidly-growing, multi-billion dollar document management and ECM market by selling and servicing M-Files as a solution that is highly-complementary to their existing product portfolio. M-Files was included in the 2012 Gartner Magic Quadrant for ECM and has established a leading position at the intersection of traditional ECM and the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) market. M-Files offers a unique combination of ease of use, configurability and features that range from general-purpose document control and workflow automation up through rich support for compliance-related content and processes such as standard operating procedures (SOP), deviations and audits. M-Files provides a broad spectrum of business opportunities for value-added resellers (VARs), systems integrators, infrastructure and consulting services companies to serve the information management, quality and compliance requirements of their customers.
"CBIZ focuses on delivering total business solutions that integrate front- and back-office operations in order to help companies in heavily-regulated industries increase productivity, enhance efficiency and achieve greater profitability. We found the M-Files enterprise content management system to be a complementary solution to our product and service portfolio," said Robert Cini, managing director at CBIZ. "We have many customers who don’t have a formal ECM or document management system in place, and as a result, have not optimized how they manage their content and associated processes. M-Files enables us to help our customers not only with basic document management, but also with the demanding requirements associated with ERP integration and compliance.”
CBIZ will offer M-Files for Microsoft Dynamics GP, which will enable the company's clients to enhance their existing ERP deployments with a metadata-based ECM solution that will improve the way they organize, manage and track important operational documentation and processes. CBIZ will also bolster its solution portfolio by offering M-Files for SharePoint to its customers who are looking to build on the platform's collaboration capabilities with a purpose-built document management system to provide better document control and business process management.
“Documents are a critical component of the operational information and processes that our customers manage with Dynamics GP and SharePoint. However, many of our customers who utilize Dynamics GP and SharePoint are looking for a solution to augment these platforms to better address their specific requirements for organizing, managing and tracking documents, business processes and related information,” added Cini. “By ensuring that the correct version of any document related to a record in Microsoft Dynamics GP and SharePoint is instantly available exactly when it is needed, M-Files maximizes productivity while providing the foundation for achieving and maintaining compliance with important industry standards and regulations."
"We're honored and excited that CBIZ is joining the M-Files team," said Scott Erickson, vice president of channel sales at M-Files Inc. “CBIZ is one of the top solution providers in the market today, and their addition to our partner program reinforces that M-Files is continuing to gain traction in a very competitive space by offering solutions that simply work better for customers, and are easier to sell and service, and therefore more profitable for our partners."
