I believe there is a Ricoh dealer called Repeat Business Systems that handles Albany NY. There is also a Ricoh direct branch in Albany.

Thanks for the replies. I'm likely looking at a mix of mid-volume color and monochrome MFPs. I've been encouraged to stay away from the direct branch and look for independent dealers. The dealer locator on Ricoh's site lists Repeat Business Systems and Quality Retail Systems. Does anyone have any experience with either of these companies?
