Ninestar of China, owner of Lexmark, is fighting ruling and bans on some products as U.S. federal government claims to have proof of use of slave labor in some of Ninestar’s plants in China
Ninestar attempted to have the charges dropped by trying to force U.S. government to reveal details and sources used to discover the plant labor violations
Judge Gary S. Katzmann on 10/24/23 issued an order siding with the U.S.
Dismissed Ninestar’s motion as moot
