Executech, an award-winning managed services provider, announced today that Naomi Shine has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Shine succeeds DJ Dorff, who was appointed CEO in 2018 and will take on the role of Executive Chairman with Executech.

Shine is a highly experienced executive with a passion for driving innovative projects with past experience in the healthcare management and real estate industries. She was hired last year as President of Executech and has already overseen large internal projects such as data and service delivery process improvement, finance standardization, project delivery initiatives, and regional leadership guidance.

Previously, Naomi served as President of Westwind Realty, where she led 75 architects, engineers, and builders to design and construct a 115,000 SF hospital. During her tenure as Vice President of Grace Health System, Shine facilitated a $500M M&A transaction and formed two spin-off companies. Her previous roles include Senior Analyst at Manatt Health, where she authored several reports for national publications.

Shine is a graduate of Brandeis University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
