A recent hot topic was how to compete with internet suppliers of Ricoh and none Ricoh Laser Printers.
I'd like to talk more about that, How does your dealership handle this?
Do you honor the Ricoh one year parts and workmanship, or do you just honor the warranty like a traditional copier?
Do you have a "click limit" on laser printers with an extended maintenance agreement or do you charge one price and have unlimited clicks?
Would like to hear from you all. Ricoh has recentley put alink on thier web site for IT Solutions. When you click the link there is another link where you can buy the printer on line, with companies like CDW, & Tech Data. If you click the link for "buy local" you are not directed to a Ricoh dealer but a Ricoh VAR in your territory.
How do you feel about this?
