Lanier Unveils Blueprint To Help Customers Achieve Greater Return On Investments In Document Management Solutions
ATLANTA, GA - March 1, 2004 --- Lanier Worldwide, Inc. has unveiled a new blueprint for customer success called Managed Document Productivity(tm), a four-step strategic process designed to help customers achieve a true Document ROI(tm) (Return on Investment).
"According to industry experts, document management, production and distribution can represent upwards of 10 percent of a company's total revenues," said Dominic Pontrelli, vice president of Marketing, Lanier. "Increasingly, our customers are telling us they want to reduce these operating expenses, while improving technology-based processes and procurement processes. Managed Document Productivity is Lanier's proprietary approach to helping customers achieve these business objectives."
The four steps to Lanier's Managed Document Productivity include:
1. Understand customer needs primarily through conducting a DOCutivity® analysis, and utilizing the Atlanta Technology Center.
2. Solve customer requirements through technology, solutions and services from Lanier's Document Solutions Portfolio and/or Managed Document Services(tm).
3. Enable customers through technologies such as the Lanier's eBusiness platform, LanierDirect services and @Remote DRM (Device Relationship Management).
4. Support customers through Customer Vision® programs, Wireless Service Dispatch, the Lanier Support Center and other best-in-customer-care initiatives.
The overall objective of this four-step approach is to help customers achieve true Document ROI by empowering them to improve productivity, increase enterprise-wide efficiency and reduce document management costs.
"Lanier's value proposition is to help customers succeed by understanding their unique document management needs and delivering systems and services that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve document workflow," said Director of Strategic Marketing Scott Braynard. "Our commitment to customer satisfaction is one of our greatest strengths, and every strategy we employ is dedicated to that commitment."
"When speaking with customers, including C-level executives and IT professionals, their number one requirement is for us to support their efforts to make people more productive, while reducing overall operating costs," said Pontrelli. "Our unparalleled ability to successfully deliver Managed Document Productivity is the right approach in meeting this requirement."
