LANFax on XX04ex models

I haven't run into this and I believe we have set this up successfully.  What type of problem are you encountering?

We are thinking now that the issue may be the result of using PCS Director. What we are getting is User Authentication errors.

Ah. I'm familiar with PCS Director only conceptually but it seems like you might be on the right track.  I will say that Ricoh support has gotten to the point where I rarely call and only as a last resort.  Most times it seems like they are just someone to talk to while you figure it out.

PCS Director will try to track the "print" from LAN Fax.  This may cause issues because of the pop-up that asks you for the fax number.  You may have to exclude the LAN Fax driver from tracking in the PCS Director Admin screen.
