Kyocera Mita America Strengthens Sales Organization for Future Growth

November 11, 2004 – Fairfield, New Jersey – Kyocera Mita America, one of the world's leading document imaging companies, today announced the promotions of two key executives and the hiring of a new regional manager in its U.S. sales organization. These personnel changes position the company for strong future growth and ensure that its dealer/reseller and direct sales channels are well-positioned to implement and achieve the organization’s market share expansion strategies.

Ed Bialecki currently vice president of Kyocera dealer division, has been promoted to senior vice president of sales for all US-based dealer/reseller and direct sales operations. In his new capacity, Mr. Bialecki is responsible for developing and implementing sales expansion strategies for both the Kyocera and Copystar dealer divisions, the systems integrator/VAR group, the national and government account division, and direct sales.

Michael Cozzens, currently regional sales manager for the southeast region, has been promoted to vice president of sales for the Kyocera dealer division, replacing Ed Bialecki. Mr. Cozzens will be responsible for the Kyocera dealer division in all five geographic regions of the United States.

Don Snowden joins Kyocera as a regional sales manager for the southeast region, replacing Mr. Cozzens. Mr. Snowden brings with him years of document-imaging industry experience and a track record of success as a senior manager with competitive manufacturers, including serving as vice president of sales at Minolta.
