Now that the Konica OneRate program has been out in the market for some time. Have many of you run up against it? Any success or loss stories you are willing to share?

Also, as Konica is relaunching their devices to the new I-series. Has anyone heard of these new devices being included in the OneRate program?

We have seen it a few times and it is hard to explain to people that all companies need to make some money to exist. This orogram will lose money for KM they just haven't seen it yet. To many opportunities for things to go wrong like making tons of copies for friends and family, toner going to others for use on copiers that may not be under contract, and promises made by salespeople unbeknownst to KM upper level management. 

I suggest Any  contracts with KM on the One Rate program be signed by a KM officer. We sell KM as a dealer and do not use One Rate.
