today announced that Konica Minolta Business Solutions France S.A.S. (hereinafter “KMBF&rdquo, its sales company of Business Technologies in France, signed a share purchase agreement under condition precedent on January 5, 2016, in order to acquire two French MFP (multi-functional peripheral) sales companies, Dactyl Buro du Centre (hereinafter “Dactyl Buro&rdquo based in Bourges and OMR Impressions (hereinafter ”OMR&rdquo based in Saint-Sebastian-Sur-Loire, currently held by their holding company, Finance et Conseil du Centre (hereinafter “FCC&rdquo. Upon completion of the acquisition, subject to the prior approval of the French Competition Authority, the two companies will operate as wholly-owned subsidiaries of KMBF.
