Pattie Simone will serve as Corporate Communications Manager. Pattie comes to KMBS with a background in sales, marketing, branding, entrepreneurship, freelance writing, building social communities and video production. She has helped diverse brands understand and leverage a range of media and business development campaigns that creatively communicate their value and boost sales. She is a gender parity activist, and was named one of ten tech pioneers working to boost the ranks of women in the tech industry by datamation.com in 2012. She is producing lively corporate communications that inspire, inform, and engage and is delighted to be part of a fabulous team in a thriving disruptive technology company.
Kristina Marchitto joins the team as Public Relations Manager after serving as the Head of Corporate Communications and developing overarching communications strategies for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA. Originally from NJ, Kristina has returned to the garden state after spending most of her career in New York City working for an eclectic array of clients and most notably, Producer at FOX News and E! News. Kristina continues her life-long commitment to give back to the community through her involvement with various organizations including Girls Inc., ASPCA, Animal Care and Control and is the founder of The Yoga Project in New York City.
Karen Harris has been tapped as the Corporate Communications Editor and is an Associated Press award-winning writer and editor of niche publications whose work has appeared in newspapers and magazines and online, including Dow Jones media and Runners World. She has blogged for Yahoo! and Home Depot and has created magazines in the health and real estate/interior design spaces. Most recently, she is working with international corporations to identify and tell their stories. She is active in supporting the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, the American Cancer Society and the MS Society. She is a certified yoga instructor, specializing in restorative therapy.
