Job Description
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is currrently seeking a Print Production Specialist.
The position objectives are to pre-flight and execute printing orders, internal and external as directed by Production Supervisor using digital printer and copiers. Quality control of all print jobs and timely execution are crucial.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal:
- Check daily backorders and print backorders as needed.
- Responsible for company letterhead, thank you cards, memo pad orders and production.
- Responsible for filling any Print-On-Demand phone orders, such as User Guides and Service Manuals.
- Responsible for; printing, collation, bindery, packing and shipping of all Learning Group Manuals and materials.
External: - Responsible for printing and bindery of all external customer jobs that are allocated to the Production Specialist from the Production Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Associates Degree or 5 years related experience in the printing industry.
- Knowledge of digital printer/copiers and of bindery equipment, i.e, automatic paper cutter, folding machines, GBC, paper drill press, shrink wrap machine, etc.
- General computer skills a must, i.e. word, excel, email, internet. Broader computer skills a plus, i.e. Publisher, Quark, InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.
- Must be able to stand all day and lift up to 40lbs.
- Equipment proficiency, strong verbal and written skills, ability to interact with others professionally.
- Must exhibit professional maturity, must be flexible, conscientious and customer sensitive.
