Job Description

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc is currently seeking a BRANCH TECHNICAL MANAGER.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for ensuring technically proficient, cost effective and responsive service and preparation of copiers and printers located with in assigned territory.
  • Ensure generation of revenue and profit consistent with assigned objectives, guidelines and pricing policies.
  • Review timeliness, accuracy and completeness of technician�s invoices and car expense reports.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing.
  • Ensure adequate inventories of supplies and machine parts.
  • Train and develop technicians for upward mobility.
  • Job Requirements

  • Successful track record as a Branch Technical Manager, Field Technical Manager, Group Leader or Lead Technician; this will require at least 3-5 years related work experience.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, Computers and related software
