High-speed Output, Compact Design and Long-Run Reliability Make Newest bizhub the Ideal Solution for Light Production and High Volume Office Environments
Ramsey, NJ (PRWEB) June 19, 2012
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) today announces the launch of the bizhub® PRO 951 Monochrome Production Print System, a professional production print system that features superior image quality, fail-safe paper handling and long-run reliability all in a manageable footprint. Building upon the technology of the successful bizhub PRO 1200, the new bizhub PRO 951 is an ideal black and white digital solution for environments ranging from high-volume offices to professional print shops.
Delivering high-quality monochrome prints at up to 95 pages per minute (5,700 pages per hour), high maximum paper capacity of 9,000 sheets, and high toner capacity, the bizhub PRO 951 offers maximum productivity with minimal user intervention. Konica Minolta Simitri HD® polymerized toner delivers sharper text, more accurate graphics and smooth, realistic halftones. With tandem printing capability, users can easily connect two units to process one job in parallel for a blazing output speed of 190 pages per minute, and the standard built-in print controller of the bizhub PRO 951 provides lightning-fast job processing with no additional footprint. Modular inline finishing options, flexible paper handling and expanded paper capacity makes the bizhub PRO 951 a valuable, fully-customizable productivity resource.
“With the new bizhub PRO 951, we have succeeded in delivering high image quality, labor saving in-line finishing options and increased customer satisfaction - all great reasons to count on Konica Minolta,” said Kevin Kern, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. “Our newest production print technology responds to customer demands, particularly high-volume document needs in legal, healthcare and educational applications, by promising enhanced productivity without compromising print budgets or space on the print floor.”
Another advantage of the bizhub PRO 951 is its all-in-one staple finisher (FS-532), with modular plug-in options for saddle-stitch booklet-making, 2/3-hole punching and post-insertion. In addition, the PRO 951 will support attachment of the new labor saving GP-502 GBC (available early Fall 2012) ring binder that enables users to make punched/bound booklets in line.
Along with energy-saving modes and low-temperature fusing, the bizhub PRO 951 supports Konica Minolta’s environmental sustainability initiatives by automatically shutting down power to circuits not directly required for current operations, and all consumables for the bizhub PRO 951 are recycled cost-free as part of Konica Minolta’s Clean Planet Recycling program.
