(MENAFN Editorial) Konica Minolta Awarded Contract to Implement DMS Solution for one of Singapore leading insurance providers SINGAPORE - - March 1, 2018 - Konica Minolta Business Solutions Asia (BSA), an integral value provider, has been contracted by one of Singapore's leading insurance providers to implement Document Management Solution (DMS), a solution that stores, manage and retrieve electronic documents.
Prior to DMS, a vast amount of data had to be processed manually. As one of Singapore's leading insurance providers, the information collected and data amassed is the organisation's most valuable asset. In its efforts to cut down on the time spent on processing paperwork, Konica Minolta was selected to implement the solution.
With DMS, the company can now manage large volumes of information, freeing up time and valuable staff resources while allowing businesses to boost productivity and reduce costs. The DMS' comprehensive system security, flexibility, high operational efficiency, Evidence Act compliance, and its ability to be deployed quickly enable employees to easily find, retrieve, and apply the 'content' as needed.
"Konica Minolta supports businesses going digital by helping them to manage their large volumes of office documents and information. By going digital, it makes a more productive workplace", said Mr Jonathan Yeo, Director & General Manager of Konica Minolta BSA.
He added: "As a digital global company, Konica Minolta promotes the shift to a more efficient digitised workplace as we continue to add value for our customers."
