Severely Injured Heroes will attend Historic Konica Minolta Gator Bowl on January 1st in Jacksonville, Florida
Ramsey, N.J. and Ossining, N.Y. - December 28, 2009 - Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. (KonicaMinolta) and the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes™ (CSAH)have partnered to bring 20 severely wounded American veterans to the Konica MinoltaGator Bowl on January 1, 2010, where West Virginia University will play FloridaState University to a sell-out crowd. This is the third consecutive year thatKonica Minolta has donated game tickets to the CSAH, the leading nongovernmentalorganization providing emergency financial aid to severely wounded troops fromIraq and Afghanistan and their families, as part of its continued efforts tosupport local communities in which the company maintains a presence.

Veterans attending the game include Sgt. Gary Boggs (Ret.), who lost his left eye and suffered a traumatic brain injury after his Humvee ran over a landmine in Iraq. Boggs serves as a national spokesman for CSAH.

The 2010 Konica Minolta Gator Bowl will take place at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida on Jan. 1, 2010. The game is scheduled to kick off at 1:00 p.m. EST and will be televised nationally by CBS.
