Announced new PROSPER 7000 Turbo Press production color inkjet system

Top speed of 410 mpm (or 1,345 feet per minute) roll to roll
CMYK pigment inks using Stream technology
Designed for transactional documents, direct mail and solicitation letter production markets
Top production of 34,835 B2 sheets per hour
High quality mode at 175lpi slows down press to 650 feet per minute
Handles 42gsm to 270gsm media
Maximum web width of 648mm
Has 8 intelligent near infrared (NIR) ink dryers
Camera-aided Intelligent Print System for consistent output
Uses the Kodak 800 Print Manager server, and integrates with PRINERGY platform

Announced new PROSPER ULTRA 520 Press production color inkjet system
- Designed for brochures, catalogs, magazines and photobook markets
- CMYK inks using Ultra Stream technology
- Produces 200lpi image quality
- Top speed of 500 feet per minute
Kodak claims to currently have more than 1600 PROSPER series units in the field
