Were hoping it fixes an issue we are having...

Have you ever run across were it KM_C452 is putting a half inch digital color line across every print, it almost looks like some sort of a calibration line. Because in the color line are some sort of calibration tick marks.

Is the line down the side of the copy? It sounds like the transfer belt cleaning assy is not working properly. I looked up the problem on KM Knowledge base and found nothing there for this issue.

Yeah, you got it right, the cleaning unit snapped right off the transfer belt.

Any chance you have a digital copy of the service manual? We are using the Muratec version and not 100% translates over.

I have uploaded the OCR dictionary. The manual is in process but my connection seems slow today so it may be awhile.

Were do I find the setting to tell it has an ADF on it?

This is a part number for a spring on the toner supply section.  I have never had any in my stock. I do have a C452 in machines for parts section. If you verify exactly what you need I probably could arrange something for you.

My tech had the wrong part, we got it figured out. Thanks though.

Hey, do you know the part # for the upper exit tray on a FS-534 finisher?

A3EPPP2001 is the main part of the tray

A3EPPP1Y01 is the part that extends the tray
