Requesting input on a problem on a new machine where the copies come out with a bluish background when using the document processor and perfectly fine when using platten gl*ss. New copier with less than fifty
copies. These copies are made in either full color or
autocolor mode. Even a black and white original gives this bluish background when using the document processor.
Any suggestions appreciated.The document processor(DP-410) is to the best of my knowledge installed correctly.
