Kip 3100-3102 help

If anyone out there is a dual line KIP dealer can you please provide information on any shortcomings of the 3100-3102 unit.
I am working on a big deal and currently I can only propose the Ricoh MPW5100.
Other than the speed of the MPW5100 what other factors can I use to sway the customer away from a KIP unit. My pricing is competitive so that is not an issue.
I really need some help.
