4) Authorization for the Mayor to sign a lease for the copier for the Police Department.
In the packet received by Council was attached an equipment agreement for the lease of a copier that will be placed in the Kemmerer Police Department. This is a non-cancellable contract with IKON Office Solutions, Inc. for the lease of the copier for a period of five (5) years or 60 months. The lease payment has been budgeted for in this year’s budget and will replace the existing copier in the Police Department. After asking a couple of questions the Council voted for the Mayor to sign the Equipment Lease Agreement with IKON Office Solutions for a Ricoh MP 2550 copier.
