JP 8500 PostScript printing with Windows 7

Oh my, it's been so long I can even remember if the JP8500 used a print controller or the external controller, if you have the embedded print controller you may be ok, and this is only a quess.

Can anyone else help with this?

I went to Ricohs site and you can't even see the drivers for the JP8500 anymore. I did find one for the HQ 7000, might want to give that a shot and cross your fingers http://www.ricoh-usa.com/downl...q7000%2fhq7000en.htm

Why would you not try it? wear does it come from?

That's just it I don't know where it comes from and it wants to run an excutable file. I don't like running .exe files when I don't know where they are coming from
