There was a mandatory update for this IWB to address an issue where the whiteboard will not wake from sleep when the whiteboard is touched.

After updating the firmware, we got a BSOD with a thread exception error and cannot boot into Windows. Looks like it might be a driver issue...Ricoh is saying replace the HDD. Anyone run into this and have any solutions?

No problem. I reinstalled Windows, did all the updates then reinstalled IWB software and all good.
