Does this unit offer TWAIN scanning?

Graham, "yup" to TWAIN I presume? I called Ricoh pre-sales support and the person I spoke with said "no" after they put me on hold for a while trying to figure out what it was ... then they told me "no" based on the fact that they could not find a TWAIN driver for it on the Ricoh website ... so ... it does have TWAIN ... that means I can select it as a scanner in programs such as Adober Acrobat and/or ScanSoft OmniPage ... yes??? Thanks!
If I am not mistaken I saw the twain driver on the CD it came with. I am going to see that customer this week and I will check on it.

The only literature I have found indicates this will "scan to file". Is this accomplished using only twain? Or can it be done via Scan Router Lite, for example?
It does work with ScanRouter, whether or not it offers TWAIN scanning is what I am trying to find out.
There are no twain drivers for the IS100e. You can scan-to-email, scan-to-folder (using FTP, HTTP or Microsoft networking protocols) and scan via Globalscan. The IS100e does NOT work with ScanRouter.
